Background: The "Systematic Screening of Handwriting Difficulties in Parkinson's Disease" (SOS) test is the only tool specifically designed to evaluate handwriting in people with Parkinson's Disease (pwPD). It is language specific.
Objective: To assess the construct validity, intrarater and interrater reliability of the Italian version of the SOS test.

Objectives: Oral health is an important aspect of quality of life for older people, especially those with dementia. The impact of an active oral hygiene program on the oral microbiome was explored in a group of older participants (average age 84 years old) with dementia against a separate control group whose oral hygiene followed the status quo.
Materials And Methods: The oral cavity bacteriomes and mycobiomes were assessed from swabs of cheek, gum, and tongue surfaces.

Background: The Palliative Care Outcomes Collaboration (PCOC), established in 2005 and funded by the Australian Government, is a national quality improvement initiative that integrates patient outcome measures into routine clinical practice. While PCOC supports services to improve patient care, implementation across diverse clinical settings presents challenges, with variation observed between similarly resourced services. Engaging services in continuous quality improvement proves difficult as the program grows.

Background: This study evaluates the quality of synthetic computed tomography (sCT) images for MR-only radiotherapy in prostate cancer using gamma analysis. A software tool, MRGamma, was developed to address challenges like the absence of electron density maps and registration uncertainties between magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and planning CT (pCT).
Materials And Methods: Aplication developed in MATLAB assesses Hounsfield units (HU) discrepancies between CT and sCT images via 2D and 3D gamma analysis (GA).
