Objective: Aim: The purpose was to identify the morphological features of the great saphenous vein in patients with chronic venous disease of the lower extremities undergoing treatment with endovenous high-frequency electric welding in automatic mode, endovenous laser ablation, and ultrasound-guided microfoam sclerotherapy.

Patients And Methods: Materials and Methods: The material for the comprehensive morphological study consisted of fragments of the great saphenous vein obtained from 32 patients with chronic venous disease of the lower extremities. The material was divided into three groups according to the endovenous treatment techniques applied.

Narrow electrochemical windows and high reactivity of aqueous solutions remain critical bottlenecks for the practical application of aqueous batteries. However, the mechanisms for tuning microscopic reactivity of HO molecules in aqueous electrolytes remain elusive. This study employs six ether molecules with distinct structures and solvation powers to regulate the microstructure of aqueous solutions.

Multilayered Sandwich Structure Sensor: Confinement-Mediated HO Enrichment Strategy for Ultrasensitive and Long-term Stable Prostate Cancer Biomarker Detection.

School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Guangxi Key Laboratory of AI-Driven Zero-Carbon Technologies, Key Laboratory of New Low-carbon Green Chemical Technology Education Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Guangxi University, Nanning, 530004, China.

Sarcosine (Sar), a critical potential biomarker for prostate cancer (PCa), is primarily detected via enzyme cascade reactions involving sarcosine oxidase (SOx) and peroxidase. Nevertheless, the intermediate product hydrogen peroxide (HO) tends to diffuse to the bulk solution phase without entering subsequent reaction, leading to suboptimal detection sensitivity and compromised analytical performance. To tackle this challenge, a multilayered sandwich nanozyme cascade sensor (designated as Cu-MOF/Rf@BDC) is proposed through a confinement-mediated HO enrichment strategy.

Effect of Ni-Doped Induced Stacking Faults on the NTC Properties and Aging Stability of LaNdAlNiO Ceramics.

State Key Laboratory of Functional Materials and Devices for Special Environments Conditions, Xinjiang Key Laboratory of Electronic Information Materials and Devices, Xinjiang Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry of CAS, Urumqi, 830011, P. R. China.

Owing to its wide bandgap, LaAlO has garnered extensive attention in the field of high-temperature negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistors. However, its poor thermal stability and excessively high B value limit the working temperature range. In this work, introducing O 2p and Ni 3d hybrid energy levels into the bandgap is proposed via Ni doping and inducing stacking faults in the crystal structure to narrow the bandgap and enhance aging performance.

Objective: This study aimed to describe the MRI features of lower limbs (thighs and calves) in patients with anti-NXP2 antibody positive myositis, and explore their relationship with clinical manifestations and prognosis.

Methods: Adult patients with anti-NXP2 antibody who underwent both thigh and calf MRI examinations simultaneously were enrolled between 2017 and 2023. The MRI features and medical records of patients were reviewed.
