Classification of DLBCL relies on clinical, immunohistochemical, and genetic information. We report a case of primary testicular diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (PT-DLBCL) with a hitherto unreported constellation of pathologic findings to illustrate the challenges of DLBCL classification. A standard hematopathology workup was followed by gene expression profiling (GEP) to determine the DLBCL cell of origin (COO). A 75-year-old man presented with a unilateral testicular mass that had developed over the course of 1 month. Pathologic examination demonstrated involvement by DLBCL. Clinical staging revealed no systemic disease. Genetic testing showed an MYD88 mutation, as well as IGH::MYC and IRF4- and BCL6-rearrangements. Gene expression profiling demonstrated an activated B-cell expression profile. This case highlights the genetic complexity of DLBCL arising in the testis and questions the clinical significance of the identified genetic abnormalities.

Objectives: To describe the clinical presentation of patients with gonadal neuroendocrine tumors and carcinoid heart disease (CaHD) and to evaluate long-term outcomes following valvular surgery.
Methods: Retrospective review of patients with primary gonadal neuroendocrine tumor who were surgically treated for CaHD at our institution between 1990 and 2021.
Results: Eight patients (median age, 70 years) were included in the study, 7 with ovarian tumors and 1 with testicular tumor.

Background: Testicular sperm aspiration (TESA) is a minimally invasive testicular sperm retrieval technique that has been utilized in the treatment of male factor infertility. We sought to evaluate sperm retrieval outcomes of primary and redo TESA in men with severe oligoasthenoteratozoospermia (OAT) and obstructive azoospermia (OA).
Methods: This is a retrospective analysis of consecutive TESAs (primary and redo) for men with severe OAT and OA performed between January 2011 and August 2022 at a high-volume infertility center.

Background: We have previously demonstrated that carboplatin AUC10 is a viable alternative to cisplatin-based combination chemotherapy for patients with metastatic good-risk seminoma. The International Germ Cell Cancer Collaborative Group (IGCCCG) update identified lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) as an adverse prognostic marker in those receiving cisplatin-based therapies but its relevance in patients treated with carboplatin AUC10 is unknown.
Objectives: To update survival outcomes of patients treated with carboplatin AUC10, explore patterns of treatment relapse and determine the impact of clinical and biochemical factors on oncological outcomes.
