Background And Aims: The development of antibodies to infliximab (ATI) is a major challenge in pediatric inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). This real-world study aimed to identify predictors of ATI, evaluate strategies to overcome ATI, and compare the durability of continuing infliximab (IFX) versus switching to adalimumab (ADA) after ATI development.
Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 194 pediatric IBD patients treated with IFX from 2010 to 2024.

Heart failure (HF) remains a global health challenge that imposes significant clinical and economic burden. Treatment adherence to guideline-directed medical therapy (GDMT) remains a major challenge in the management of HF, despite the availability of guideline-directed medical therapy (GDMT). Polypharmacy and regimen complexity contribute to poor adherence, particularly among older adults and in resource-limited settings.

Efficient transition state location is a central challenge in heterogeneous catalysis. While single-ended methods are more efficient than double-ended methods, their convergence is often highly sensitive to the quality of the initial guess. Here, we propose a Cone-shaped Constrained Quasi-Newton (CCQN) method, which introduces a cone-shaped constraint to restrict the search direction, thereby effectively guiding the system from potential well regions toward saddle regions.

Introduction: The introduction of biosimilars changed the management of biologicals in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) since the approval of CT-P13, the first biosimilar to infliximab, by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) in September 2013 and by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in April 2016.

Unlabelled: OBJECTIVE: In this multicenter study, we assessed the effectiveness of a novel autologous bone substitute obtained directly from the processing of extracted teeth. A total of 34 consecutive tooth grafting procedures were performed. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Immediately following atraumatic extraction for restorative or endodontic purposes, the bone defect was filled and covered with an Osseoguard© membrane, using autologous material derived from the extracted tooth.
