Purpose: The present study aimed to develop a noninvasive predictive framework that integrates clinical data, conventional radiomics, habitat imaging, and deep learning for the preoperative stratification of MGMT gene promoter methylation in glioma.
Materials And Methods: This retrospective study included 410 patients from the University of California, San Francisco, USA, and 102 patients from our hospital. Seven models were constructed using preoperative contrast-enhanced T1-weighted MRI with gadobenate dimeglumine as the contrast agent.

Objective: Aim: Due to the increasing prevalence of temporomandibular disorders within the population, it is beneficial to implement effective diagnosis at the early stages of the disorder's manifestation. The consequence of the occurrence of temporomandibular disorders may be a dysfunction related to the psychoemotional state. One of the research objectives was to assess the prevalence of temporomandibular disorders in the examined group of patients within the Polish population.

In whitlockite-type compounds, the Eu ion can emit in a wide region from blue to yellow, but its luminescent mechanism remains unclear. Here, we performed a topological crystallography analysis of the whitlockite structure and first clarified the origin of the blue narrow emission band. Specifically, close-packing theory was used to reveal the topological character of β-Ca(PO) and describe its evolution from (PO) ( = Ba, Sr).

Coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery remains the gold standard of care to prevent myocardial ischemia in patients with advanced atherosclerosis; however, poor long-term graft patency remains a considerable and long-standing problem. Excessive vascular smooth muscle cell (SMC) proliferation in the grafted tissue is recognized as central to late CABG failure. We previously identified SMILR, a human-specific SMC-enriched long noncoding RNA that drives SMC proliferation, suggesting that targeting SMILR expression could be a novel way to prevent neointima formation, and thus CABG failure.
