The aim of this systematic review was to evaluate the state of the art of radiomics in testicular imaging by assessing the quality of radiomic workflow using the Radiomics Quality Score (RQS) and the Quality Assessment of Diagnostic Accuracy Studies-2 (QUADAS-2). A systematic literature search was performed to find potentially relevant articles on the applications of radiomics in testicular imaging, and 6 final articles were extracted. The mean RQS was 11,33 ± 3,88 resulting in a percentage of 31,48% ± 10,78%. Regarding QUADAS-2 criteria, no relevant biases were found in the included papers in the patient selection, index test, reference standard criteria and flow-and-timing domain. In conclusion, despite the publication of promising studies, radiomic research on testicular imaging is in its very beginning and still hindered by methodological limitations, and the potential applications of radiomics for this field are still largely unexplored.

Objective: To evaluate whether pediatric urology fellowship training affects testicular salvage rates.
Methods: A retrospective chart review was conducted for pediatric patients diagnosed with acute testicular torsion between January 2017 and January 2022. Data including age, transfer status, imaging, transportation mode, symptom duration, and surgical outcomes were analyzed.

Rationale: Extranodal natural killer (NK)/T-cell lymphoma is an uncommon non-Hodgkin lymphoma, prevalent in Asia. It often involves the nasal and upper airway regions but can disseminate to other sites like skin, soft tissue, testis, and gastrointestinal tract, characterized by Epstein-Barr virus association.
Patient Concerns: This report discusses a 48-year-old male initially diagnosed with Behcet syndrome with dry mouth, uveitis, pruritic macules, and human leukocyte antigen-B51 positivity.

We report a 43-year-old man with de novo metastatic testicular seminoma complicated by paraplegia from spinal cord compression due to retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy. Urgent retroperitoneal biopsy confirmed seminoma and, after the patient declined neurosurgical intervention, systemic chemotherapy was promptly initiated prior to delayed orchidectomy. Post-chemotherapy orchidectomy histology revealed minimal viable tumour and serial imaging showed a residual retroperitoneal mass with low-grade uptake on FDG-PET.

Introduction And Importance: One of the risk factors linked to mortality in Fournier Gangrene (FG) is the elderly. When this risk is present and diagnosed too late, patient care may become difficult. This case report discusses the treatment of an older patient with late-diagnosed Fournier's gangrene and its consequences in this background.

Background And Objective: As space exploration advances, the effects of the microgravity environment on testicular injury and spermatogenic function in astronauts have attracted widespread attention, but the underlying mechanisms remain unclear.
Methods: In this study, testicular morphometry and Johnsen score were used to evaluate the degree of testicular injury. Then the upstream transcription factors of MeCP2 were verified using the dual-luciferase reporter assay.
