Background: The proliferation of mobile internet requires children's educational software to be evaluated rigorously and implemented effectively to ensure quality and sustainable development. Understanding the determinants of parents' decisions to sustain the use of such tools is critical with respect to efforts to optimize software design, develop frameworks for relevant policies, and improve digital education strategies.
Research Methods: A theoretical model that integrates the expectation confirmation model (ECM) with the technology acceptance model (TAM) was developed to predict parents' continuance intentions.

Background: The effectiveness of antiretroviral therapy means that human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) can now be defined as a manageable chronic illness. It is the facilitation of psychosocial care that has increasingly become a priority, as people living with HIV (PLWH) are disproportionately impacted by psychosocial stressors compared to the general population. Background: The prevalence of dry mouth in the palliative care population is well documented and increases due to polypharmacy, radiotherapy and systemic conditions. Saliva as a lubricant for the mouth and throat has implications for swallowing, chewing, and speech. The literature about the experience of xerostomia (perceived feeling of dry mouth) in palliative care is scarce.
