To examine the psychometric properties of the Multifactorial Memory Questionnaire (MMQ) in older adults with subjective memory complaints. The three MMQ subscale (Satisfaction, Ability, and Strategy) was administered twice, with a 3-month interval. The testretest reliability was examined using intraclass correlation coefficients (ICCs). The random measurement error was examined by calculating the standard error of measurement (SEM) and minimal detectable change (MDC). The testretest reliabilities of the three MMQ subscales were generally acceptable. The SEM of the three MMQ subscales was higher than the acceptable criterion of 10%. Despite the influence of random measurement error, the change scores of the three MMQ subscales may represent true changes if they are larger than the MDC of 13.2 (Satisfaction), 18.4 (Ability), and 16.9 (Strategy). The MMQ appears to be a reliable measure for use in research settings, but may not yet be suitable for clinical use.

Objective: Dopamine agonist (DA) treatment is effective for hyperprolactinemia and reduces tumor size in patients with prolactinoma; however, prolonged DA administration without prolactinoma causes fibrosis around tumor tissues. Therefore, we aimed to identify circulating microRNAs (miRNAs) as potential biomarkers to predict prolactinoma in patients with hyperprolactinemia and pituitary tumors.
Design: Plasma samples were collected from 3 comparison groups: (1) patients clinically diagnosed with prolactinoma vs nonfunctioning pituitary adenoma (NFPA) based on response to cabergoline treatment, (2) patients with surgically confirmed prolactinoma vs NFPA, and (3) patients before and after cabergoline treatment.

Background/objectives: Objective memory decline is associated with poor quality of life (QOL) in Parkinson's disease (PD, but it is unclear what role perception of memory (metamemory) plays. The Multifactorial Memory Questionnaire (MMQ) measures metamemory and is proposed to have a three-factor structure, but the factor structure of the MMQ in PD has not been explored. The current study examined (i) the factor structure of the MMQ in PD and (ii) the relationship between the metamemory and QOL in PD.

Objective: To compare pregnancy outcomes and serum progesterone levels between women who took sublingual (SL) progesterone lozenges vs. intramuscular (IM) administration progesterone-in-oil for endometrial preparation and luteal support in programmed frozen embryo transfer (pFET) cycles.
Design: Retrospective cohort study.

Objectives: Memory concerns are common among older adults. The Multifactorial Memory Questionnaire (MMQ) is a well-validated participant-reported measure consisting of 57 items across three subscales assessing satisfaction with memory, self-perceived memory ability, and memory strategy use, respectively. Because short scales are often desired to accommodate clinical time constraints and reduce respondent burden, we created and evaluated 9-item versions of each subscale (MMQ-9).
