Introduction: The endoscopic assisted release for cubital tunnel syndrome (CuTS) gained popularity in recent years with unclear long-term results. This study aims to evaluate long term results regarding functional and subjective outcomes after endoscopic assisted release for the CuTS.

Materials And Methods: Thirty one patients who have been treated by endoscopic assisted release for CuTS between 2006 and 2013 were followed up both clinically and with a questionnaire with a mean follow up of 152 months (range 120-204 months).

Background: The primary objective of this study was to investigate midterm outcomes following endoscopic cubital tunnel release (ECuTR) with the Seg-Way system using patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs). A secondary aim was to evaluate symptom resolution as assessed through Dellon's stage, McGowan's grade, and Messina's criteria and recurrence following ECuTR.

Methods: Functional outcomes were assessed in 38 patients who underwent 43 surgeries.

Introduction: Releasing the ulnar nerve from all entrapments is the primary objective of every surgical method in ulnar neuropathy at the elbow (UNE). The aim of this retrospective diagnostic study was to validate preoperative 3-Tesla MRI results by comparing the MRI findings with the intraoperative aspects during endoscopic-assisted or open surgery.

Methods: Preoperative MRI studies were assessed by a radiologist not informed about intraoperative findings in request for the exact site of nerve compression.
