Patients with cooccurring coronary artery disease and arrhythmias are frequently encountered by dental providers. Individuals with comorbid cardiovascular disease who require dual anticoagulant and antiplatelet therapy are a clinical challenge with regard to the need to balance the risks and benefits of intensive antithrombotic therapy. Modifications to dental care will need to be individualized considering the current disease state and medical management. Oral health promotion and good oral hygiene measures are recommended among this population.

Optomechanical and electro-optomechanical systems have emerged as one of the most promising approaches for quantum microwave-to-optical transduction to interconnect distributed quantum modalities for scaling the quantum systems. These systems use suspended structures to increase mode overlap and mitigate loss to achieve high efficiency. However, the suspended design's poor heat dissipation under strong drive limits the ultimate efficiency.

Tuberculosis (TB) remains one of the leading causes of infectious disease mortality worldwide, increasingly complicated by the emergence of drug-resistant strains and limitations in existing diagnostic and therapeutic strategies. Despite decades of global efforts, the disease continues to impose a significant burden, particularly in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) where health system weaknesses hinder progress. This comprehensive review explores recent advancements in TB diagnostics, antimicrobial resistance (AMR surveillance), treatment strategies, and vaccine development.

Introduction: Fluoroless mapping and ablation using a Pentaspline pulsed field ablation catheter has many advantages. This can be achieved using a "tripolar configuration," which enables high-quality electroanatomical maps, improves the ability to localize electrograms (EGMs), and minimizes the use of additional mapping catheters compared to the standard bipolar configuration. We aimed to evaluate the benefits of using a tripolar configuration in fluoroless atrial fibrillation ablation compared to the standard bipolar configuration.

Objectives: Due to ozonated water's antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, it may be used as a supplementary treatment to scaling and root planing (SRP). The present study aimed to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of using ozonated water instead of tap water during the SRP for people with chronic generalized periodontitis.
Material And Methods: This randomized clinical trial was conducted on 30 patients with generalized periodontitis Stages I and II, randomly allocated to two groups.

Objectives: This study aims to assess periodontal and biochemical parameters and evaluate the salivary Protectin D1 levels in periodontitis patients with and without metabolic syndrome after non-surgical periodontal therapy.
Materials And Methods: Forty patients were categorized into two groups: 20 patients in Group P (systemically healthy patients with stage II/III grade B periodontitis) and 20 patients in Group P+MS (patients with stage II/III grade B periodontitis and metabolic syndrome). Parameters including age, gender, height, weight, body mass index, waist circumference, socio-economic status, oral hygiene index (OHI), modified gingival index (MGI), probing pocket depth, clinical attachment levels, fasting blood glucose, HDL-c, total triglycerides, and blood pressure were recorded.
