Global warming has led to an increasing frequency of extreme climate events; however, existing studies have largely focused on individual extremes or selected pairs occurring at specific locations over relatively short time frames, with limited attention to the long-term spatial synchrony of multiple extremes across different geographic regions. This study addresses this gap by examining the synchrony of eight precipitation and temperature extreme climate events across China from 1930 to 2022, using monthly-scale data. We quantify synchrony using two indicators: the proportions of land area (LA) and population (Pop) affected by these events.

Purpose: To evaluate the impact of trigger types in Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) antagonist IVF-ICSI cycles on embryo morphokinetics and top-quality embryo production.
Methods: Retrospective cohort study of GnRH-antagonist IVF-ICSI cycles from July 2013 to December 2022. Embryo morphokinetics, top-quality embryo rates, and outcomes were compared between hCG and dual trigger (GnRH-agonist and hCG).

The use of stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) in the treatment of prostate cancer (PC) has increased significantly in recent years. This study aims to evaluate the safety of patients with localized PC undergoing SBRT using Radixact Tomotherapy with Synchrony fiducial tracking, a real-time motion tracking and correction system. This retrospective work analyzes 43 PC patients treated with SBRT from June 2022 to February 2025.

Study Objectives: This study sought to generate a comprehensive, multi-dimensional understanding of parent-infant sleep.
Methods: A systematic review using a meta-ethnographic approach was conducted to synthesize parents' perspectives and experiences relating to parent-infant sleep in the first two postnatal years with reference to the theoretical construct of co-occupation. Co-occupation in parent-infant sleep refers to the interactive participation of parent and infant in sleep-preparation and sleep-participation activities situated within their relational, temporal, spatial and socio-cultural context.

Many Arctic-breeding shorebirds are assumed to be declining, yet obtaining reliable estimates of species' demographic rates and trends is difficult because of challenges collecting data in remote breeding regions and throughout the annual cycle. For many vulnerable species, data limitations impede efforts to determine appropriate management actions in the face of ongoing environmental change. Integrated population models (IPMs) offer an approach to maximize the utility of available data by providing a framework for estimating demographic rates and environmental drivers of population change, while also accounting for sources of uncertainty.
