Background: Cancer of unknown primary (CUP) is a challenging malignancy characterized by metastatic tumors with an unidentified primary site, even after extensive pathological and radiographic evaluation. Recent advancements in gene expression profiling and comprehensive genomic profiling (CGP) using next-generation sequencing (NGS) have enabled the identification of potential tissue origins, thereby facilitating personalized treatment strategies. Although most cases of CUP present as adenocarcinomas or poorly differentiated tumors, the treatment remains largely empirical, with limited success from molecularly tailored therapies.

Introduction: One to two percent of women worldwide experience recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL), defined as the loss of two or more consecutive pregnancies before 20 weeks of gestation. Genetic factors, including variations in the FOXP3 gene, have been implicated in the unexplained etiology of RPL. This study aimed to identify and characterize novel genetic variants in exons 2 and 7 of the FOXP3 gene in South Indian women with idiopathic RPL and to analyze their potential impact on protein structure.

Glioblastoma (GB), IDH-wildtype (IDH-wt), is the most prevalent primary malignant brain neoplasm in adults. Despite adjuvant therapy, the prognosis for these tumors remains dismal, with a median survival of around 15-18 months. Although rare, extracranial metastases from GB are reported with increasing frequency, likely due to advancements in follow-up, treatments, and improved patient survival.

Background: Reproductive-age women with intrauterine adhesions (IUAs) following uterine surgery may be asymptomatic or may experience light or absent menstruation, infertility, preterm delivery, and/or peripartum hemorrhage. Understanding procedure- and technique-specific risks and the available evidence on the impact of surgical adjuvants is essential to the design of future research.
Objective And Rationale: While many systematic reviews have been published, most deal with singular aspects of the problem.
