Background And Aims: Despite therapeutic advances, resection rates in Crohn's disease remain high. Kono-S is a novel anastomosis for ileocolonic resections; however, its altered configuration may challenge standard endoscopic assessment, particularly in the absence of validated scoring tools. This study evaluated the endoscopic assessment of Kono-S anastomosis anatomy and recurrence stratification using Rutgeert's score.

Prominauris is the most common congenital ear deformity, presenting in 5 % of the global population, and most patients endorse negative experiences or aesthetic dissatisfaction as motivation for corrective otoplasty. Mustarde-Furnas is a popular otoplasty technique among pediatric patients. Given the cosmetic intention, result consistency is highly important in otoplasty, which our modification of the Mustarde technique aims to address.

Background: To compare surgical and long-term patient-reported outcomes (PRO) between excisional (Nesbit) and incisional (Yachia) corporoplasty for correction of uncomplicated Peyronie's-related penile curvature in a large, single-surgeon cohort.
