Immune checkpoint therapy has demonstrated significant potential in the treatment of various solid tumors. Among these, tumor-induced immunosuppression mediated by programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) represents a critical checkpoint. PD-1/programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) inhibitors have been proven to exhibit substantial efficacy in solid tumors such as melanoma and bladder cancer.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the evolution of jump and sprint force-production capacities with maturation in young soccer players. One hundred sixteen young elite male soccer players aged 11-17 years were assigned to six different groups according to their maturity status. The force-velocity (F-V) profiles in jumping and sprinting performances were compared among groups.

Obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) is an underrated and heavy public health problem. Polysomnography (PSG) remains GOLD-standard examination but we also use ambulatory screening tests including Brizzy, which measures mandibular movements. Background: Pupils in alternative education provision, known as 'Educated in Other Than At School' (EOTAS) in Wales, UK, are among the most vulnerable learners and who, for reasons such as mental health or behavioural challenges, do not attend a mainstream or special school.

Aims: We compared self-harm, neurodevelopmental disorders and mental health conditions between EOTAS pupils and controls with similar characteristics, before and after being in EOTAS provision.

Method: This population-based electronic cohort study included pupils in Wales aged 7-18 years, from the academic years 2010-11 to 2018-19.
