Papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) is the most prevalent form of thyroid cancer with a high incidence among endocrine malignancies. Introduction: The relationship between Vitamin D (VitD) levels and cognitive function in young adults remains unclear, with conflicting results in existing literature. This study aimed to assess the prevalence of VitD deficiency and mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and to explore the correlation between serum VitD levels and cognitive functions in young indigenous adults in Meghalaya.
Methods: A hospital-based cross-sectional study was conducted in a tertiary care centre in Shillong, Meghalaya, involving 137 healthy young individuals associated with the centre.

Unlabelled: Deciphering the heterogeneity of type 2 diabetes in prognosis and treatment effect is essential. We used a novel dimensionality reduction approach to describe the type 2 diabetes phenotype continuum and visualize the difference in lifestyle intervention efficacy in Chinese patients. Based on 17,816 participants with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes (aged ≥40 years) from a nationwide cohort, 12 key phenotypes were residualized for age and sex to construct a two-dimensional tree structure.

Context: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common yet underdiagnosed endocrine disorder with substantial reproductive and metabolic consequences. Although disparities in PCOS care have been documented, few studies have employed spatial methods to identify areas of potential underdiagnosis.
Objective: This study uses geospatial analysis to detect cold spots of PCOS clinical encounters across Texas and investigates neighborhood characteristics associated with these areas.

Introduction: Primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT) is caused by excessive hormone secretion from one or more parathyroid glands. Based on their morphological and immunophenotypic characteristics, parathyroid glands can be considered as neuroendocrine organs, and their neoplasms as neuroendocrine tumors. The 2022 World Health Organization (WHO) Classification of Endocrine and Neuroendocrine Tumors introduced updated diagnostic criteria, advancing the understanding of parathyroid neoplasms.
