In this research article, we have introduced a knowledge-based approach to regional/national security measures. Proposed Knowledge-based Normative Safety Measure algorithm for safety measures helps to take practical actions to conquer COVID-19. We analyzed based on five dimensions: the correlation between detected cases and confirmed cases, social distance, the speed of detected cases, the correlation between imported cases and inbound cases, and the proportion of masks worn. It prompts actions based on the security level of the region. Through the use of our proposed algorithm, the government has accelerated the implementation of social distancing, accelerated test cases, and policies, etc., to prevent people from contracting COVID-19. This idea can be a very effective way to realize the impending danger and take action in advance. Help speed up the process of controlling the COVID-19. In pandemic times, it can be helpful to understand better. Holding the normative safety measure at a high level leads nations to perform excellently on triple T's (testing, tracking, and treatment) policy and other safety acts. The proposed NSM approach facilitates for improve the governance of cities and communities.

Although horse riding is hazardous and injuries are common, young riders regularly engage in horse-related activities. To our knowledge, there have been no syntheses on youth horse-related injuries published during the past decade that employ a multi- and interdisciplinary research agenda (M-IDR) and that incorporate both quantitative and qualitative methods. Therefore, this scoping review aimed to (1) review studies on horse-related injuries among children and adolescents and (2) identify methodological and paradigmatic trends according to M-IDR.

High-risk eating behavior, including the consumption of rare hamburgers and undercooked chicken as gourmet dishes, is a public health concern. Identifying the factors associated with such consumers' risky-eating behaviors is necessary to develop effective risk communication strategies. However, previous studies have primarily focused on undercooked meat resulting from mishandling during preparation, with few addressing the consumption of risky foods and its determinants.

"Cultural Safety, a decolonizing approach critical of the research conceptual frameworks and of care practices in nursing, has enjoyed since its emergence in the 1990s a growing success in New Zealand, Australia and Canada. Being reworked and adapted to new contexts, its political dimension however loses its importance, raising concerns about Cultural Safety's potential for systemic transformation and the fight against health inequalities affecting Indigenous peoples. At the heart of this debate lies the question of "culture" as a means of patient emancipation vis-à-vis the norms of the dominant society and the expertise of caregivers, a debate we seek to clarify in this article.

In light of these advancements, scholars have urged the field to refine conceptualizations of structural stigma to guide future empirical work. We heed this charge by analyzing two sets of qualitative data among gay and bisexual men obtained from a probability-based panel: 1) responses to an open-ended survey question about structural stigma (=385) and 2) in-depth interviews about their subjective experiences of structural stigma (=60).

Agentic AI refers to autonomous systems that can perceive their environment, make decisions, and take actions to achieve goals with minimal or no human intervention. Recent advances in Large Language Models (LLMs) have opened new pathways to imbue robots with such "agentic" behaviors by leveraging the LLMs' vast knowledge and reasoning capabilities for planning and control. This survey provides the first comprehensive exploration of LLM-based robotic systems integration into agentic behaviors that have been validated in real-world applications.
