Article Abstract
This paper details disruption and innovation in digital evaluation practice at Movember, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The paper examines a men's digital health intervention (DHI) - Movember Conversations - and the product pivot that was necessary to ensure it could respond to the pandemic. The paper focuses on the implications of the pivot for the evaluation and how the evaluation was adapted to the COVID-19 exigencies. It details the redesign of the evaluation to ensure methods wrapped around the modified product and could deliver real-time, practical insights. The paper seeks to fill knowledge gaps in the DHI evaluation space and outlines four key principles that support evaluation re-design in an agile setting. These include a user-centred approach to evaluation design, proportionate data collection, mixed (and flexible) methodologies, and agile evaluation reporting. The paper concludes with key lessons and reflections from the evaluators about what worked at Movember, to support other evaluators planning digital evaluations.

The Great Replacement is a far-right conspiracy theory that warns of a global scheme against the "White race"-one that seeks to replace "native" white populations in Europe with migrant populations from the Third World. This theory has gained traction among white nationalist movements across Europe and America and has been referenced by several far-right terrorists in the last decade, but in recent years, elements of the theory have entered the right-wing and center-right mainstream media. My article excavates the intersections between the Great Replacement Theory and genres of masculinist self-help that have grown popular across male-dominated digital communities (also known as "the manosphere") through influencers such as Jordan Peterson, Stefan Molyneux, and Marcus Follin, who hold diverse positions along the right-wing political spectrum.

Digital platforms are reshaping how historically marginalized populations, especially LGBTQIA+ people, access and share health information. In Nigeria, where LGBTQIA+ people face lynching, legal persecution and systemic discrimination, men who have sex with men (MSM) remain underserved in both sexual and mental healthcare. We examine how Nigerian gay men use Facebook to share sexual health information and social support in the face of homo/queerphobic violence.

Following PRISMA guidelines, a systematic search identified peer-reviewed studies published between 2010 and 2024, and eligible studies were screened and quality-assessed using standardized criteria. This systematic review synthesizes findings from 12 empirical studies to provide a comprehensive overview of the psychological, social, educational and occupational consequences of IBSA victimization among individuals aged 10-24.

Objective: Pregnancy planning is a critical opportunity to enhance preconception health. "Beiyun," a culturally rooted concept in China, encompasses traditional and modern practices for preparing for pregnancy. This study used the comprehensive idea of "Beiyun" to examine the mechanisms of pregnancy planning behavior among women and men through an integrated individual-couple analysis based on the Behavior Cognition - Social Influence Theory.
