Objectives: IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD) can affect multiple organ systems, with coronary artery involvement being rare. Coronary periarteritis may lead to complications such as myocardial infarction and ischemic cardiomyopathy. This case series characterizes the clinical and radiological features, complications, and treatment strategies in patients with IgG4-RD-associated coronary periarteritis.

Background: Microfocused ultrasound (MFU) is a non-invasive technique used for facial rejuvenation, yet there is limited quantitative data on its long-term effects. This study aimed to evaluate the long-term efficacy and safety of MFU for facial rejuvenation. We utilized standardized photography along with advanced skin assessment technologies to analyze the impact of MFU on facial morphology, skin function, and patient satisfaction over a 12-month period.

Introduction: Many women of childbearing age are being treated for chronic conditions that require long-term medication. We assessed the knowledge of women being treated in internal medicine and clinical immunology, regarding the impact of their disease and specific treatments on a potential pregnancy.
Methods: Between September 1st, 2019, and November 1st, 2020, in four hospitals in the Poitou-Charentes region, a questionnaire was given to every woman aged 18 to 44 who came in for an internal medicine and clinical immunology consultation for the follow-up of a chronic systemic disease.

Objectives: Despite efforts to promote mental health in the workplace, employee mental health challenges continue to increase. Organizations continue to face significant challenges to support employees in safely returning to work after mental health-related leaves and to ensure long-term stability without relapse. This literature-based study was performed to clarify support skills that occupational health nurses employ to facilitate return to work for employees with mental health issues.
