Article Abstract

Robotic manipulators are widely used for precise operation in the medical field. Vibration suppression control of robotic manipulators has become a key issue affecting work stability and safety. In this paper an optimal trajectory planning control method to suppress the vibration of a variable-stiffness flexible manipulator considering the rigid-flexible coupling is proposed. Through analyzing the elastic deformation of the variable-stiffness flexible manipulator, a distributed dynamic physical model of the flexible manipulator is constructed based on the Hamilton theory. Based on the mathematical model of the system, the design of the vibration damping controller of the flexible manipulator is proposed, and the control system with nonlinear input is considered for numerical analysis. According to the boundary conditions, the vibration suppression effect of the conventional and the variable-stiffness flexible manipulator is compared. The motion trajectory of the variable-stiffness flexible manipulator and compare the vibration response from different trajectories. Then, with minimum vibration displacement, minimum energy consumption and minimum trajectory tracking deviation as performance goals, the trajectory planning of the variable-stiffness flexible manipulator movement is carried out based on the cloud adaptive differential evolution (CADE) optimization algorithm. The validity of the proposed trajectory planning method is verified by numerical simulation.

Dendritic cells: understanding ontogeny, subsets, functions, and their clinical applications.

Dendritic cells (DCs) play a central role in coordinating immune responses by linking innate and adaptive immunity through their exceptional antigen-presenting capabilities. Recent studies reveal that metabolic reprogramming-especially pathways involving acetyl-coenzyme A (acetyl-CoA)-critically influences DC function in both physiological and pathological contexts. This review consolidates current knowledge on how environmental factors, tumor-derived signals, and intrinsic metabolic pathways collectively regulate DC development, subset differentiation, and functional adaptability.

This study presents a scoping review and crime script analysis of the modus operandi of online romance scammers. Online romance scams are a form of fraud in which perpetrators fabricate online romantic relationships with victims, aiming to emotionally manipulate and, ultimately, financially exploit them. The review aims to synthesize existing research on how scammers operate and to develop a comprehensive crime script that can guide prevention and policy efforts.

Electric Field Influences on the Carrier Transport Characteristics of an Individual CsPbBr Microplate.

For optoelectronic devices based on lead-halide perovskites and other semiconductors, a comprehensive understanding of the electric field influences on the carrier transport characteristics is critical to the optimization of their practical performances. To fulfill this challenging goal, here we have employed photoluminescence spatial image and transient absorption microscopy measurements on an individual CsPbBr microplate biased at external voltages in an Au/CsPbBr/Au device. At the subpicosecond time scale, some photogenerated excitons are dissociated into free electrons and holes that drift toward the electrodes to leave behind unfilled defect sites, which are capable of scattering the residual excitons to yield a reduced diffusion coefficient.

Criterion shifting reflects a complex interplay between cognitive strategies and external influences, yet individuals differ markedly in their tendency to adjust decision thresholds. While some readily adapt their criteria in response to task demands, others maintain more rigid thresholds, raising questions about the extent to which external pressures - such as social influence - can drive greater flexibility. Findings from social psychology reveal that social pressure can heavily impact individual decision-making, suggesting that such pressures may also impact individual criterion shifting tendencies.

Study Objectives: Research linking children's sleep to cognitive outcomes is inconsistent and has largely focused on one aspect of sleep, such as duration, rather than measuring multiple dimensions of sleep health. We hypothesized that children's sleep health would be positively associated with inhibitory control and cognitive functioning.

Method: We cross-sectionally assessed 1595 participants (ages 7-11) from the Environmental influences on Child Health Outcomes cohort using the NIH Toolbox Cognition Battery, Environmental influences on Child Health Outcomes Sleep Health of Children and Adolescents questionnaire, and Patient Reported Outcome Measurement Information System Sleep Disturbance/Sleep-related Impairment instruments.
