We present the computed tomography, ultrasonographic findings of a case of contralateral supraclavicular lymphadenopathy that occurred after AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccination. Contralateral supraclavicular lymphadenopathy is very rare, but may be expected as an adverse reaction after COVID-19 vaccination. Radiologists as well as referring clinicians should be aware of this self-limiting process and its imaging features.

Objective: To evaluate surgical techniques and therapeutic outcomes of early nerve coaptation and autologous nerve grafting for the repair of temporal facial nerve injuries.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on consecutive patients undergoing facial nerve reconstruction for traumatic or iatrogenic temporal branch injuries. Eleven cases received early (within 3 months) surgical exploration and debridement, including one case managed by suture-removal decompression with intact neural continuity.

Background And Objectives: Lymphatic regeneration has been shown after placement of aligned nanofibrillar collagen scaffolds (BioBridge) in animal models and humans with multiple imaging modalities including indocyanine green lymphography, histology, and computed tomography. The aim of our study is to demonstrate new lymphatic regeneration visualized on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) after aligned nanofibrillar collagen scaffold placement.
Methods: We retrospectively studied patients with extremity lymphedema who underwent placement of BioBridge.

Introduction: Central venous catheter placement (CVC) in the neonatal population poses significant challenges, particularly for critically ill neonates with low birth weight and younger gestational age. Several devices and techniques can be used to place a CVC, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. Ultrasound (US) guided central inserted central catheter (CICC) of the brachiocephalic vein (BCV) is a new approach that may be advantageous in case of difficult central venous access.

Importance: Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is a high-grade neuroendocrine carcinoma with an incidence of 4.7 cases per 100 000 individuals in 2021 in the US and a 5-year overall survival of 12% to 30%.
Observations: Cigarette smoking is the primary risk factor for development of SCLC, as 95% of patients diagnosed with SCLC have a history of tobacco use.

Purpose: Breast radiation treatment has been linked to complications such as pneumonitis and cardiac toxicity, necessitating dose optimization. This study aims to determine the optimal integration plan of volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT) and three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3DCRT) in a deep inspiration breath-hold regimen.
Materials And Methods: CT imaging data from twenty patients with breast or chest wall cancer, either right or left-sided, and with supraclavicular and internal mammary chain lymph nodes were retrieved.
