Isolated central nervous system lymphomatoid granulomatosis (CNS-LYG) can mimic aggressive glioblastomas. We describe a complex presentation of CNS-LYG coexisting with immune thrombocytopenia successfully managed with rituximab and ultra-low-dose radiation therapy.

Pulmonary lymphoproliferative disorders (PLDs) are a diverse group of rare entities characterized by abnormal lymphoid proliferation within the lung. These include both benign and malignant processes and are classified into five categories in the 2021 WHO Classification of Thoracic Tumors: benign hyperplastic disorders, primary pulmonary neoplasms, secondary involvement of the lung, posttransplant lymphoproliferative disorders, and histiocytic neoplasms. Diagnosing PLDs is often challenging due to their histological similarity to other lymphocyte-rich interstitial lung diseases, including cellular nonspecific interstitial pneumonia (NSIP) and hypersensitivity pneumonitis.

Lymphomatoid granulomatosis (LYG) is a rare Epstein-Barr virus-driven B-cell lymphoproliferative disease that often progresses to high-grade lymphoma. We describe a case of high-grade LYG causing Pancoast syndrome, diagnosed via transbronchial biopsy after a failed incisional biopsy. Complete remission was achieved with R-CHOP (rituximab, doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, vincristine, and prednisolone), but 2.

Background: Lymphomatoid granulomatosis (LYG) is a rare B-cell lymphoproliferative disorder predominantly affecting middle-aged men. The disease occurs primarily in the lungs; however, reports of lesions in intraocular regions are scarce. Herein, we report a case of choroidal granulomas in a patient with LYG.
