Luxation of the globe is a rare, vision-threatening event that can presently spontaneously or following trauma. A 35-year-old man presented with bilaterally luxated globe, postroad traffic accident. On imaging, bilateral LeFort fracture type 1, 2 and 3 with palatal split along with nasal bone and orbital floor fracture. Both condyles and left parasymphysis of mandible were fractured. There was no evidence of intracranial injury. There was pneumothorax on the right side for which intercostal drainage (ICD) tube was placed. On exploring, bilateral optic nerve avulsion was present. Both the globes were repositioned and a temporary tarsorrhaphy was placed for cosmetic rehabilitation. On follow-up visits after 6 months, both eyes were in their sockets with minimal exodeviation. It is important to reposition the globes, even with extensive periorbital fracture at the earliest. The longer the globe and orbital structures are prolapsed, the poorer are the structural and cosmetic prognosis owing to ocular ischaemia.

Objective: To describe the use of transcorneal iris photocoagulation (TCIP) to improve intraocular visualization of intended incision lines, reduce hemorrhage, and facilitate excision of pigmented iridal tumors in four canine eyes and one feline eye.
Materials And Methods: A Rhodesian Ridgeback (treated bilaterally), a German Shepherd, a Labrador Retriever, and a Scottish Fold underwent sector iridectomy due to rapidly growing, pigmented, raised, iridal tumors affecting 1/4-1/3 of the iris circumference (3- to 4-clock hours). A diode laser was used to delineate the intended sector iridectomy incision lines, approximately 1-2 mm away from the grossly visible tumor margins, with the aim of improving visualization to achieve tumor-free margins and reduce tissue handling/trauma.

Purpose: This study aims to evaluate the morphological features of the levator palpebrae superioris muscle (LPS) and the variations in the distribution of the oculomotor nerve in the muscle.
Methods: 100 bilateral orbits from 50 cadavers were included in our study. In our study, the medial, lateral, and middle length, width, and thickness of the LPS were measured from 3 different points and recorded.

Purpose: To describe and compare the ophthalmological and extra-ophthalmological features of patients with Stickler syndrome due to pathogenic variants in COL2A1 and COL11A1.
Design: Retrospective cross-sectional study nested in a multicentric cohort study.
Methods: Records of patients with a confirmed molecular diagnosis of Stickler syndrome followed-up in the ophthalmology department at Necker-Enfants Malades and Cochin University hospitals (Paris) between 2016 and 2024 were retrospectively reviewed.

Purpose: To describe a case of recalcitrant bilateral peripapillary pachychoroid syndrome (PPS) treated with high-dose (HD) intravitreal aflibercept injections.
Methods: Medical and imaging records were retrospectively evaluated. Multimodal imaging included ultra-widefield indocyanine green and fluorescein angiography and fundus autofluorescence.
