Automatic markerless estimation of infant posture and motion from ordinary videos carries great potential for movement studies "in the wild", facilitating understanding of motor development and massively increasing the chances of early diagnosis of disorders. There has been a rapid development of human pose estimation methods in computer vision, thanks to advances in deep learning and machine learning. However, these methods are trained on datasets that feature adults in different contexts.

The prompt and accurate identification of pathogenic bacteria is crucial for mitigating the transmission of infections. Conventional detection methods face limitations, including lengthy processing, complex sample pretreatment, high instrumentation costs, and insufficient sensitivity for rapid on-site screening. To address these challenges, an aptamer (Apt)-sensor based on functionalized magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) was developed for detecting Escherichia coli.

Background: Perinatal depression among fathers can impact their own wellbeing, as well as that of their partner and child. Infrastructure to support universal paternal mental health screening is limited. Digital screening embedded within the SMS4dads text messaging program provides an opportunity to reach and refer distressed fathers.

Background: Chronically ill are advised to receive annual vaccinations against Covid-19 and seasonal influenza. Furthermore, chronically ill show an increased prevalence of comorbid common mental disorders (CMDs), like depression, anxiety, and somatoform disorders. With vaccination rates remaining insufficient among these vulnerable patients, prior research assumes an association between CMDs and vaccination readiness.

Background: Despite the Coronary Artery Reporting and Data System (CAD-RADS) providing a standardized approach, radiologists continue to favor free-text reports. This preference creates significant challenges for data extraction and analysis in longitudinal studies, potentially limiting large-scale research and quality assessment initiatives.
Objective: To evaluate the ability of the generative pre-trained transformer (GPT)-4o model to convert real-world coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) free-text reports into structured data and automatically identify CAD-RADS categories and P categories.
