Background: Cerebellar pathologies in adults can have a wide range of hereditary, acquired and sporadic-degenerative causes. Due to the frequency in daily hospital, especially intensive care, settings, electrolyte imbalances are an important, yet rare differential diagnosis. The hypomagnesemia-induced cerebellar syndrome (HiCS) constitutes a relevant disease entity with clinical and morphological variability due to a potential progression of symptoms and a promising causal treatment.

Importance: It is unclear whether the duration of amyloid-β (Aβ) pathology is associated with neurodegeneration and whether this depends on the presence of tau.
Objective: To examine the association of longitudinal atrophy with Aβ positron emission tomography (PET)-positivity (Aβ+) and the estimated duration of Aβ+ (Aβ+ duration), controlling for tau-positivity.
Design, Setting, And Participants: Data for this longitudinal cohort study were drawn from the Wisconsin Registry for Alzheimer Prevention and the Wisconsin Alzheimer Disease Research Center Clinical Core Study.

Background: Cardiac sarcoidosis (CS) usually affects the left ventricle and presents with nonspecific features like conduction abnormalities and ventricular arrhythmias. However, right ventricle (RV)-dominant involvement has been increasingly reported, making diagnosis difficult.
Case Summary: A 55-year-old man presented with palpitations.

Background Elevated brain iron is a potential marker for neurodegeneration, but its role in predicting onset of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and prospective cognitive trajectories remains unclear. Purpose To investigate how brain iron and amyloid-β (Aβ) levels, measured using quantitative susceptibility mapping (QSM) MRI and PET, help predict MCI onset and cognitive decline. Materials and Methods In this prospective study conducted between January 2015 and November 2022, cognitively unimpaired older adults underwent baseline QSM MRI.

Aims: This review summarizes the role and future prospects of nuclear medicine in ovarian cancer, focusing on novel radiopharmaceuticals beyond FDG for diagnostic, predictive, and therapeutic applications within a theranostic framework.
Materials And Methods: A narrative literature review was conducted using major databases. Peer-reviewed articles addressing non-FDG radiopharmaceuticals in ovarian cancer were identified and assessed; FDG-based studies were excluded due to the availability of prior comprehensive reviews.
