Objective: We aimed to investigate disease-related and anti-CD20 therapy-related changes in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from multiple sclerosis (MS) patients compared to healthy controls (HC) using multi-omics single-cell analysis.
Methods: Targeted single-cell sequencing of transcriptomes and epitopes was performed on PBMCs isolated from 64 blood samples collected from MS patients at baseline and at 3 time points following anti-CD20 treatment, alongside HC. Multicolor spectral flow cytometry was performed on 15 of the samples.

The rapid growth of scientific publications and evolving experimental paradigms create significant challenges in staying up-to-date with current advances. Assertions are often unstructured and have limited provenance, which hinders reproducibility. Ontologies and knowledge graphs (KGs) offer structured solutions by capturing assertions, evidence, and provenance to support reproducibility.

Background: Chronic pancreatitis (CP) is characterized by progressive fibrosis and irreversible pancreatic dysfunction, lacking disease-modifying therapies. We aimed to identify druggable targets through proteome-wide mendelian randomization (PW-MR).
Methods: Protein quantitative trait loci (pQTLs) from UK Biobank Pharma Proteomics Project (2923 proteins) and deCODE study (4719 proteins) were analyzed.

Chemical vapor deposition (CVD) has emerged as a scalable route for preparing high-quality, large-area two-dimensional (2D) materials. However, achieving reproducible control over film morphology, crystalline quality and yield remains challenging due to the cascade of coupled atomic-scale events. In this review, guided by scientific questions and from an atomistic-simulation perspective, we elucidate the fundamental scientific challenges and the corresponding computational strategies faced in each stage of 2D material CVD.

Objective: This study aimed to investigate the role of pathogenic copy number variations (CNVs) in neurodevelopmental impairments among children with corpus callosum abnormalities (CCAs). We focused primarily on SLC6A3 associated mechanisms and aimed to delineate genotype-phenotype correlations in our cases.
Methods: From January 2021 to July 2023, 13 children with MRI-confirmed CCAs underwent chromosomal microarray analysis (CMA) for CNV detection.
