Clonal hematopoiesis (CH) is a frequently observed phenomenon in aging individuals without apparent illness and exhibits an increased prevalence in cancer patients. Mechanistic studies indicate that mutant immune cells alter the tumor microenvironment, leading to increased inflammation, blood vessel formation, and immune cell exhaustion. Paradoxically, these changes also preserve stem-like T-cell pools that can be utilized by immunotherapy.

Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) remains a leading cause of severe lower respiratory tract infection, hospitalization, morbidity and mortality in young children. This review summarizes current RSV immunization strategies and parental perspectives on their use. Until recently, immunization was limited to high-risk infants and children, including those born prematurely or with significant co-morbidities, monthly dosing with the monoclonal antibody (mAb) palivizumab.

Today, CAR-T therapy has been widely acknowledged as a "gold standard" treatment for certain hematologic diseases. There is a relatively small but enhancing body of clinical trials studying the effectiveness of CAR-T in treating glioblastoma, known as the most common and aggressive brain tumor in adults. Despite the promising findings, currently available data is still erratic.
