Conversion surgery is increasingly used for initially unresectable esophageal cancer patients responding to induction therapy. The integration of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) into standard chemotherapy regimens is expected to increase the number of patients undergoing this approach. However, ICIs can cause immune-related adverse events (irAEs), which are often difficult to diagnose in the postoperative setting.

Eczema Herpeticum (EH) or Kaposi's Varicelliform eruption (KVE) is a severe viral infection that occurs when herpes simplex virus infects an inflamed skin, most often occurring in patients with atopic dermatitis (AD) or other inflammatory skin conditions. To discern various primary dermatoses in which KVE occurred and to study the clinical features, course, and response to specific antiviral treatment along with a course of the primary dermatoses during the episode of KVE. Data was collected in the Dermatology Out-patient department of a tertiary care center in Northern India from December 2017 to March 2024, and it was tabulated and analysed.

Objective: Cinnamon-induced contact stomatitis (CCS) is a hypersensitivity reaction associated with cinnamon-containing products (CCPs). We performed a retrospective study of 74 cases of CCS induced by chewing gums or candies and reviewed the literature.

Materials And Methods: This is a retrospective study of CCS cases, diagnosed during 2010-2025, characterised by temporal association of lesions with the consumption of cinnamon-containing chewing gums or candies; lesion's resolution after discontinuation of those CCPs; and absence of recurrence as long as those CCPs were not re-used.
