High-fidelity biosignal monitoring is essential for daily health tracking and the diagnosis of chronic diseases. However, developing bioelectrodes capable of withstanding repeated use and mechanical deformation on wet tissue surfaces remains a significant challenge. Here, we present a robust and ultrathin bioelectrode (RUB), featuring a mechanically heterogeneous architecture and a thickness of ∼3 μm.

Introduction: This study aims to develop and validate a job crafting scale designed specifically for occupational health and safety (OHS) professionals working in a crisis environment. Job crafting, defined as the proactive adjustment of job roles to better align with individual preferences and strengths, is recognized as a valuable strategy for enhancing job satisfaction, engagement, and performance in various occupational settings. However, existing job crafting scales primarily focus on general work contexts and cannot fully capture the unique dimensions of job crafting relevant to OHS professionals in a crisis response context.

External Quality Assessment (EQA), a cornerstone of QA, is mandated by international standards such as ISO/IEC 15189 to ensure laboratory competence and comparability across institutions. Despite India's position as the third-highest organ transplanting nation globally, a significant void persists in the availability of accredited EQA providers specialising in transplant immunology and immunophenotyping (IPT).
