Adeno-associated virus (AAV) vectors are widely used in gene therapy, particularly for liver-targeted treatments. However, predicting human-specific outcomes, such as transduction efficiency and hepatotoxicity, remains challenging. Reliable models are urgently needed to bridge the gap between preclinical studies and clinical applications.

With the rapid advancement of communication technologies, issues of electromagnetic pollution and electromagnetic compatibility have become increasingly severe, heightening the demand for high-performance electromagnetic wave absorption materials. Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) have flourished in this field owing to their chemical tunability, high porosity, tailored topological structures, and functionality. MOF-derived composites exhibit diverse loss mechanisms and heterogeneous structures, achieving lightweight, broadband, and highly efficient absorption.

Follicular dendritic cell sarcoma (FDCS) is a rare tumour derived from dendritic cells located in B-follicles that play a pivotal role in the adaptive immune response. Surgery is the mainstay of treatment for localized disease; however, the management of unresectable or advanced disease is less well-defined. To date, to the best of our knowledge, there is no established or preferred chemotherapeutic regimen, although a number of regimens (primarily used in lymphomas and sarcomas) have been utilized with suboptimal outcomes.

flavones (PRFs), bioactive components derived from the plant, exhibit anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor properties. However, their therapeutic potential for bladder cancer remains poorly understood. The present study aimed to investigate the anti-tumor effects and molecular mechanisms underlying the effects of PRF on human bladder cancer T24 cells.

Background: Although the 12-item Short Form Health Survey version 2 (SF-12v2) is suitable for measuring health status in the general Thai population, it has been evaluated using classical test theory. Rasch analysis, however, offers a psychometric testing method that converts ordinal scales to interval-level data without breaching parametric assumptions. Thus, this study aimed to assess the measurement properties of Thai SF-12v2 and SF-6D items derived from it among the general Thai population.
