Background: Current guidelines for monitoring aortic stenosis (AS) progression focus on serial echocardiographic assessment, which is resource-intensive and subject to variability. Artificial intelligence may offer an opportunity to enhance the early identification of patients at risk of developing severe AS.
Objectives: The objective of this study was to create an echo-based model that can predict whether a patient will deteriorate from mild/moderate AS to severe AS.

Osteochondrosis/osteochondritis dissecans (OC/OCD) is a developmental orthopedic disease primarily affecting the knee, ankle, and elbow joints of children and multiple animal species. Subclinical lesions of OC/OCD have been described, but most can be visualized only histologically in cadaveric specimens. To monitor the evolution of these lesions and to allow early separation of lesions that will undergo spontaneous healing versus requiring surgical intervention, Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) techniques that are precise and can be used in vivo are needed.

Brain metastases (BMs) from bronchopulmonary tumors are a major cause of morbidity and mortality and significantly reduce the quality of life in oncology patients. Their treatment depends on imaging features (size, number, location) and their genetic mutation subtype, small-cell lung cancer (SCLC) or non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). In patients with SCLC, prophylactic whole-brain radiotherapy (WBRT) with hippocampal sparing (HS) is recommended, whereas in patients with NSCLC, systemic targeted therapy is preferred.

Introduction: Conventional CMR exams for assessment of cardiac anatomy and tissue characterization require multiple sequential 2D acquisitions under breath-hold in different orientations, in addition to being limited to 1.5 T and 3 T.
Methods: In this study, we sought to develop a novel 3D motion-compensated free-breathing sequence for comprehensive high-resolution whole-heart assessment of cardiovascular anatomy via simultaneous bright- and black-blood imaging and co-registered myocardial tissue quantification in a one-click scan at 0.

: Aortic stenosis (AS) leads to progressive left ventricular (LV) dysfunction, making early detection crucial. Global longitudinal strain (GLS) is an echocardiographic marker of subclinical LV dysfunction; however, echocardiography has limitations, including operator dependency and acoustic variability. Cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) is a valuable complementary tool, and artificial intelligence (AI) may enhance strain measurement accuracy, though its role in AS remains underexplored.
