Article Abstract

A better training in psychotherapy is needed for psychiatry trainees. Online Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CBT) could be a good solution. Free and wide audience course like Massive Open Online course (MOOCs) increase dissemination and accessibility of the training. However, the engagement needs to be improved. A hybrid approach seems relevant with the MOOC as an incentive. Beyond the promotion of the topic, a MOOC can be a promotion tool for the provider. The economic model of the MOOC needed to be taken into account to allow sustainability. To explore these elements, we take into account a survey taken during the 1st European Psychiatric Association MOOC about CBT.

Spontaneous femoral artery pseudoaneurysms (SFAPs) represent a rare vascular entity. We report the successful hybrid management of a large, wide-necked ruptured SFAP in an 85-year-old male. Computed tomography angiography (CTA) confirmed a massive pseudoaneurysm originating from the distal right superficial femoral artery (SFA) with severe circumferential arterial calcification.

Fungal cerebral aneurysms, particularly those resulting from direct invasion by fungal sinusitis, are rare and often fatal when involving the cavernous segment of the internal carotid artery (ICA). We present a case of a ruptured fungal ICA aneurysm caused by sinusitis, successfully treated with parent artery occlusion (PAO). In this case, an 80-year-old woman presented with right ptosis, facial pain, and cranial nerve III, IV, and VI palsies.

Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF-1) is an autosomal dominant disorder associated with vascular abnormalities, including spontaneous hemothorax and arterial aneurysms. We present a rare case of spontaneous hemothorax in which an apparently hemostatic sub-pleural hematoma began to bleed again after the patient was repositioned. A 47-year-old man with NF-1 presented with the sudden onset of left-sided chest pain.

The growing availability of single-cell omics datasets presents new opportunities for reuse, while challenges in data transfer, normalization and integration remain a barrier. Here we present scvi-hub: a platform for efficiently sharing and accessing single-cell omics datasets using pretrained probabilistic models. It enables immediate execution of fundamental tasks like visualization, imputation, annotation and deconvolution on new query datasets using state-of-the-art methods, with massively reduced storage and compute requirements.
