Objectives: Lack of formal schooling remains prevalent among older adults in China, particularly in rural areas. This study investigates the cognitive function trajectory and influencing factors in older adults without formal schooling from the Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey (CLHLS).
Methods: The study included 2159 individuals without formal schooling (NFS) and 2234 individuals with formal schooling (FS), all cognitively healthy and aged over 60 at the first observation from the 2008 - 2018 CLHLS cohort.

Method: In the US Health and Retirement Study (normal baseline cognition; n=16,509; 2008-2018 waves), 31 exposures before age 16 were retrospectively assessed with ten-year incident cognitive status (dementia, impaired, normal).

Introduction: Unmet need for family planning [UNFP] remains a serious public health concern in Nigeria. Evidence suggests that UNFP remains high over the last fifteen years despite numerous policies and programmes aimed at generating demand for family planning. This study used three Demographic and Health Survey (DHS) conducted over a ten-year period (2008-2018) to assess the changes in unmet need for family planning and associated contextual determinants.
