There is a need to review the multimodality imaging techniques, as well as the emerging role of the newer noninvasive imaging modalities in the field of constrictive pericarditis (CP). Therefore, the aim of this review is to summarize the current available techniques that are useful for the diagnosis and differentiation of CP from restrictive cardiomyopathy. Also, we provide illustrative images and videos of typical CP noninvasive imaging findings, as well as a diagnostic and management algorithm. CP is a challenging diagnosis; therefore, cardiologists need adequate knowledge about the application of multimodality noninvasive imaging in a systematic and guideline-oriented fashion whenever CP is suspected.

Importance: Right anomalous aortic origin of a coronary artery (R-AAOCA) is a rare congenital condition increasingly diagnosed with the growing use of cardiac imaging. Due to dynamic compression of the anomalous vessel, invasive fractional flow reserve (FFR) during a dobutamine-atropine volume challenge (FFR-dobutamine) is considered the reference standard. A reliable alternative method is needed to reduce extensive invasive testing, but it remains uncertain whether noninvasive imaging can accurately assess the hemodynamic relevance of R-AAOCA.

Purpose: To evaluate the feasibility and clinical utility of non-contrast magnetic resonance angiography (NC-MRA) using a modified balanced steady-state free precession (b-SSFP) technique combined with arterial spin labeling (ASL) for post-embolotherapy follow-up of renal artery aneurysms (RAAs), with digital subtraction angiography (DSA) as the reference standard.
Method: A total of 57 patients with RAAs underwent embolotherapy between June 2013 and July 2024. Among them, 15 RAAs from 14 patients underwent post-embolization surveillance with the NC-MRA and DSA.

Background: Precise preoperative discrimination of invasive lung adenocarcinoma (IA) from preinvasive lesions (adenocarcinoma in situ [AIS]/minimally invasive adenocarcinoma [MIA]) and prediction of high-risk histopathological features are critical for optimizing resection strategies in early-stage lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD).
Methods: In this multicenter study, 813 LUAD patients (tumors ≤3 cm) formed the training cohort. A total of 1,709 radiomic features were extracted from the PET/CT images.
