Here, we briefly describe the real-time fMRI data that is provided for testing the functionality of the open-source Python/Matlab framework for neurofeedback, termed Open NeuroFeedback Training (, Koush et al. [1]). The data set contains real-time fMRI runs from three anonymized participants (i.e., one neurofeedback run per participant), their structural scans and pre-selected ROIs/masks/weights. The data allows for simulating the neurofeedback experiment without an MR scanner, exploring the software functionality, and measuring data processing times on the local hardware. In accordance with the descriptions in our main article, we provide data of (1) periodically displayed (intermittent) activation-based feedback; (2) intermittent effective connectivity feedback, based on dynamic causal modeling (DCM) estimations; and (3) continuous classification-based feedback based on support-vector-machine (SVM) estimations. The data is available on our public GitHub repository: https://github.com/OpenNFT/OpenNFT_Demo/releases.

Purpose: Real‑time magnetic resonance-guided radiation therapy (MRgRT) integrates MRI with a linear accelerator (Linac) for gating and adaptive radiotherapy, which requires robust image‑quality assurance over a large field of view (FOV). Specialized phantoms capable of accommodating this extensive FOV are therefore essential. This study compares the performance of four commercial MRI phantoms on a 0.

Background: Azygos vein aneurysm (AVA) is a rare thoracic pathology that is frequently misdiagnosed. While contrast-enhanced chest computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) can delineate AVA location and size, these techniques lack the capability for dynamic real-time assessment of internal architecture.
Case Presentation: We present a highly unusual case of a 67-year-old woman who had an isolated azygos vein aneurysm presenting with dysphagia.

Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the performance of ChatGPT (GPT-4o) in interpreting free-text breast magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) reports by assigning BI-RADS categories and recommending appropriate clinical management steps in the absence of explicitly stated BI-RADS classifications.
Methods: In this retrospective, single-center study, a total of 352 documented full-text breast MRI reports of at least one identifiable breast lesion with descriptive imaging findings between January 2024 and June 2025 were included in the study. Incomplete reports due to technical limitations, reports describing only normal findings, and MRI examinations performed at external institutions were excluded from the study.

Liver fibrosis, a pivotal pathological stage in the progression of chronic liver diseases to cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma is characterized by liver sinusoidal endothelial cell (LSEC) capillarization, oxidative stress imbalance, and cell pyroptosis. Current clinical interventions show limited efficacy in reversing fibrosis, highlighting the urgent need for novel therapeutic strategies. In this study, we developed an L-arginine-loaded melanin-like nanozyme (L-Arg@MeNPs) that targets liver fibrosis through a triple-action mechanism: (1) sustained nitric oxiderelease from L-Arg restores LSEC fenestration, improving sinusoidal permeability; (2) the MeNPs exhibit catalase/superoxide dismutase-mimicking activity to scavenge reactive oxygen species, thereby blocking the NOD-like receptor pyrin domain-containing 3/caspase-1-mediated pyroptosis pathway; and (3) intrinsic photoacoustic/magnetic resonance dual-modal imaging enables real-time therapeutic monitoring.

We introduce an advanced transcranial ultrasound stimulation (TUS) system for precise deep brain neuromodulation, featuring a 256-element helmet-shaped transducer array (555 kHz), stereotactic positioning, individualised planning, and real-time fMRI monitoring. Experiments demonstrated selective modulation of the lateral geniculate nucleus (LGN) and connected visual cortex regions. Participants showed significantly increased visual cortex activity during concurrent TUS and visual stimulation, with high cross-individual reproducibility.
