Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a severe neurodegenerative disorder characterized by progressive degeneration of motor neurons, leading to muscle weakness, paralysis, and death. While there is a plethora of studies focusing on many aspects of ALS, the pathogenesis of this disease is not well understood, and effective treatments are scarce. Drosophila melanogaster is a powerful model organism for studying ALS due to its genetic tractability and its evolutionarily conserved cellular and molecular processes which are also shared between the fly and human.

Objective: Magnetic particle imaging (MPI) opens huge possibilities in image-guided therapy. Its effectiveness is strongly influenced by the quality of the magnetic nanoparticles (MNP) used as tracers. Besides MNP optimization following different synthesis routes, MNP assembly into linear structures can significantly enhance their performance in MPI.

Objective: To analyze the hotspots and frontiers in the field of subarachnoid hemorrhage using the bibliometrics method and providing references for academic research.
Methods: All published studies related to subarachnoid hemorrhage published in the Web of Science core database from 1 January 2016 to 25 September 2021 were retrospectively identified using VOSviewer and CiteSpace software. Visualization VOSviewer and CiteSpace software were used to perform statistical and cluster analyses on authors, countries, institutions, keywords, and co-cited documents.

Heart failure (HF) remains one of the leading causes of 30-day hospital readmissions, presenting a major challenge to healthcare systems worldwide. This comprehensive review synthesizes recent evidence on effective strategies to reduce readmission rates through patient education, self-care interventions, and systemic reforms. Structured education-particularly when reinforced postdischarge through methods like teach-back, tele-coaching, and home visits-has consistently demonstrated improved self-management, symptom recognition, and quality of life.
