Purpose: In Armenia, a lower-middle-income country, cancer causes 21% of all deaths, with over half of cases diagnosed at advanced stages. Without universal health insurance, patients rely on out-of-pocket payments or black-market channels for costly immunotherapies, underscoring the need for real-world data to inform equitable policy reforms.
Methods: We conducted a multicenter, retrospective cohort study of patients who received at least one dose of an immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) between January 2017 and December 2023 across six Armenian oncology centers.

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a prevalent respiratory condition associated with increased morbidity and mortality, particularly during respiratory infections such as influenza. The interaction between COPD and influenza is multifaceted, involving compromised immune responses, chronic inflammation, and impaired lung function. Influenza infection can exacerbate COPD, leading to acute exacerbations, hospitalizations, and higher mortality.

Long non-coding ribonucleic acids (lncRNAs) form a subclass of non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs), they are quite long and as their name non-coding suggests they do not have a role in protein coding. lncRNAs are vital in all the key steps of tumorigenesis, such as epithelial-mesenchymal transition, cancer stem cells formation, invasion, migration, and formation of the tumor vasculature. lncRNAs are classified into oncogenic or anti-tumor lncRNAs based on their functions.

Background: The effect of Breastfeeding Self-efficacy (BFSE) and the Baby-Friendly Hospital Initiative's (BFHI) 10 Steps on breastfeeding initiation, continuation and exclusivity, is well established. However, direct evidence about the association between the experience of the 10 steps and self-efficacy is limited.
Objective: To assess the association between adherence to the 'Ten Steps to Successful Breastfeeding', sociodemographic factors and other predictors with breastfeeding self-efficacy (BFSE) at 48 h and at one month postpartum.
