Lactation-associated breast cancer poses diagnostic challenges due to physiological breast changes that may mask malignancies. Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) during lactation is rare and aggressive, requiring vigilant evaluation and treatment. This report highlights the diagnostic dilemma of recurrent cystic breast lesions during lactation, which can mimic benign conditions like galactoceles but may conceal aggressive TNBC, leading to potential delays in diagnosis despite initial conservative approaches such as aspiration.

Cancer is a devastating disease, and its pathogenesis is highly associated with malnutrition and poor lifestyle. Chemotherapy continuously causes inadequate therapeutic efficacy and induces off-target toxicities. Hence, targeted co-administration of chemotherapy and dietary supplement producing anticancer effect at low doses with minimized toxicities would be a promising strategy for cancer treatment.

Background: The appropriate extent of lymph node dissection has not yet been standardized in muscle-invasive gallbladder cancer.
Methods: Patients who underwent surgery, and were histologically diagnosed with muscle-invasive gallbladder cancer were included. Patients were classified as having Na, Nb, or Nc disease if their nodal metastases were limited to the porta hepatis and extended to the posterosuperior pancreatic head lymph nodes (PSPLNs), nodes along the celiac axis, or superior mesenteric vessels.

Background: CD4 T cells play a critical role in the positive and negative regulation of cellular immunity through the many functional subsets they comprise. The progressive growth of immunogenic tumors which nonetheless generate mutation-specific T cells suggests that effective immune control may be avoided or suppressed at the level of the neoantigen-specific CD4 T-cell response. Despite their importance, little is known about the ontogeny, architecture, and development of the CD4 NeoAg-specific repertoire induced by progressively growing tumor.
