Introduction: This study aimed to evaluate surgeons' ergonomic satisfaction when using laparoscopic energy devices and to investigate how prolonged use affects muscle fatigue and surgical performance.
Methods: A two-part study, including a survey and a kinesiologic experiment, was conducted to compare 4 laparoscopic energy devices (D1-D4). Thirty surgeons completed a structured survey assessing ergonomic factors such as device weight, grip strength, handle design, comfort, and trigger location.

Introduction And Importance: Transverse mesocolic hernia is an extremely rare type of internal hernia, with only a limited number of cases reported to date. In this case report, we present a geriatric patient with a transverse mesocolic hernia who was successfully treated with emergent laparoscopic surgery.

Introduction And Importance: Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common non-Hodgkin lymphoma, yet primary renal involvement is rare, constituting less than 1 % of renal malignancies. A case of non-germinal center B-cell-like (non-GCB) DLBCL with BCL-6 positivity is particularly unique. Conventionally, BCL-6 is linked to germinal center B-cell-like (GCB) subtypes.

Introduction: Solitary fibrous tumor (SFT) is a rare mesenchymal neoplasm that most commonly originates in the pleura but can also occur at extrapleural sites, including the abdominal cavity. Among these, primary SFT of the stomach is exceptionally rare. Due to overlapping clinical, endoscopic, and radiologic characteristics, distinguishing SFT from gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) can be particularly challenging.

Introduction Pelvic organ prolapse (POP) affects up to 30% of women during their lifetime and significantly impairs quality of life. In Japan, laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy was covered by national insurance starting in 2014 and has become an established treatment option. Objective This study evaluates the long-term outcomes of POP surgery, including recurrence and complications, seven years after the introduction of sacrocolpopexy at our institution.
