Background: Allergen exposure plays a critical role in the onset of allergic disease, and the distribution of allergens varies by geographic location, climate, and lifestyle.

Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 4,149 patients with clinically suspected allergic diseases who sought medical care at Changzhou Third People's Hospital. The total IgE and specific IgE (sIgE) levels for 19 inhaled and food allergen sources were assessed using the Mediwiss AllergyScreen system.

Rational design of both mechanistic pathways and material compositions is essential to advance COF-based electrochemiluminescence (ECL) systems. In this study, aggregation-induced emission covalent organic framework (AIE-COF) nanoprobes with excellent ECL performance were developed based on Tb-functionalized covalent organic framework (Tb@A-COF). The Tb@A-COF system demonstrates enhanced ECL performance through synergistic integration of three complementary mechanisms: (1) (4',4',4',4'-(1,2-ethenediylidene)tetrakis [1,1'-biphenyl]-4-carboxaldehyde (ETBC) ligands function as antenna-like sensitizers that amplify luminescence intensity by 14.

A dual-ligand strategy was employed to construct an electrochemiluminescence (ECL) sensing platform based on dual-ligand Tb-MOF and AgPO@TCPP for sensitive detection of chloramphenicol (CAP), demonstrating its potential applications in environmental monitoring and food safety. The dual-ligand Tb-MOF can be used as a co-reactant promoter, facilitating the rapid electroreduction of SO to generate more oxidative mediator SO, thereby enhancing the luminescence efficiency of the luminescent material AgPO@TCPP. Furthermore, the integration of AgPO@TCPP emitter could effectively overcome the aggregation-caused quenching (ACQ) effect of TCPP and then increase the luminescence intensity by seven-fold, which was attributed to the efficient electron transfer and energy transfer between AgPO and TCPP.

Objective: To determine the prevalence of sensitivity to common inhaled and food allergens among children with allergic rhinitis (AR) in Changzhou in eastern China and provide a basis for epidemiological research of pediatric allergic rhinitis and allergen avoidance in this region.

Methods: This was a retrospective observational study, a total of 1248 children with AR were enrolled at the Third People's Hospital of Changzhou between January 2018 and December 2019. The serum-specific immunoglobulin E (sIgE) to 19 kinds of inhaled and food allergens and serum total IgE were detected with the AllergyScreen test (Mediwiss Analytic GmbH, Moers, Germany).

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are adult stem cells which derived from the embryonic mesoderm. They have a high proliferative ability and can differentiate into various tissues of mesodermal origin including bone, cartilage and adipose tissue in vitro. Moreover, MSCs have also been shown to produce anti-inflammatory molecules which can modulate cellular and humoral immune responses.
