Article Synopsis
  • - The study aimed to assess how accurately the Naton robotic system selects prosthesis sizes for medial unicondyle knee arthroplasty by comparing the sizes chosen during surgery with the preoperative plans for 100 patients (110 knees).
  • - Out of the 100 patients analyzed, 95 underwent successful surgery with the robot, showing a high consistency rate (96.2% for femur, 95.2% for tibia) between planned and actual prosthesis sizes, with few discrepancies noted.
  • - Results also indicated minimal issues with knee flexion and extension gaps, aligning closely with the desired measurements, suggesting effective surgical outcomes with the robotic assistance.
