We investigate the dissociation pathways of doubly ionized hydrogen cyanide (HCN2+) produced via 1.0 keV electron beam impact. Using a coincidence ion imaging spectrometer, we identify two distinct dissociation mechanisms: prompt decomposition, characterized by localized correlation islands in time-of-flight spectra, and delayed fragmentation, evidenced by elongated spectral tails.

Language features may reflect underlying cognitive and emotional processes following a traumatic event that portend clinical outcomes. The authors sought to determine whether language features from usual smartphone use were markers associated with concurrent posttraumatic symptoms and worsening or improving posttraumatic symptoms over time following a traumatic exposure. This investigation was a secondary analysis of the Advancing Understanding of RecOvery afteR traumA study, a longitudinal study of traumatic outcomes among survivors recruited from 33 emergency departments across the United States.

The implementation process in the routine clinical care of a new predictive tool based on machine learning algorithms has been investigated using the RE-AIM framework. Semi-structured qualitative interviews have been conducted with a broad range of clinicians to elucidate potential barriers and facilitators of the implementation process across five major domains: Reach, Efficacy, Adoption, Implementation, and Maintenance. The analysis of 23 clinician interviews demonstrated a limited reach and adoption of the new tool and identified areas for improvement in implementation and maintenance.

We conducted a systematic literature review to assess how conversational agents have been used to facilitate chronic disease self-management. The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) framework was used. Literature was searched across five databases, and we included full-text articles that contained primary research findings for text-based conversational agents focused on self-management for chronic diseases in adults.

Background: Conversational interfaces (CIs) in different modalities have been developed for health purposes, such as health behavioral intervention, patient self-management, and clinical decision support. Despite growing research evidence supporting CIs' potential, CI-related research is still in its infancy. There is a lack of systematic investigation that goes beyond publication review and presents the state of the art from perspectives of funding agencies, academia, and industry by incorporating CI-related public funding and patent activities.

Intelligent conversation agents (ICAs) have been used for patient self-management and support in recent years. This study systematically reviewed ICA resarch and innovation in academic and industrial institutions using bibliometric and patent analysis. We reported the types of diseases and patients, and the ICAs delivery approaches for patient-self-management.
