Based on symptom management theory, this study investigates the factors related to movement fear in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF), with a view to providing a theoretical basis for clinical intervention. A total of 300 patients with CHF who received treatment in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected, and the degree of movement fear was assessed by using the Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia Heart (TSK-SV Heart), and the patients were divided into 2 groups based on the scores: the movement fear group (with TSK-SV Heart scores > 37 points) and the no fear group (with TSK-SV Heart scores ≤ 37 points). The basic data of patients in the 2 groups were collected and compared, and logistic regression analysis was used to explore the potential associated factors for the occurrence of movement fear in CHF patients.

However, the mechanisms governing their adaptive reproductive strategies under nutrition-restricted conditions remain poorly understood. The German cockroach Blattella germanica, a widespread urban pest, exhibits remarkable reproductive capabilities even in domestic environments where food resources are frequently limited.

The results showed that there was an consistent increasing trend in the publication number of the application of BSA in crop breeding both in the domestic and foreign journals year by year. Ranking of the top countries according to the number of publications was China, the United States and India.

To alleviate these deficits, we developed a neuroprosthesis operating in closed loop that targets the dorsal root entry zones innervating lumbosacral segments to reproduce the natural spatiotemporal activation of the lumbosacral spinal cord during walking. We first developed this neuroprosthesis in a non-human primate model that replicates locomotor deficits due to PD.

Haemodynamic instability in this context is due to the interruption of supraspinal efferent commands to sympathetic circuits located in the spinal cord, which prevents the natural baroreflex from controlling these circuits to adjust peripheral vascular resistance. Epidural electrical stimulation (EES) of the spinal cord has been shown to compensate for interrupted supraspinal commands to motor circuits below the injury, and restored walking after paralysis.

Background: Although Becker's nevus (BN) is a relatively common disease, the systematic studies of clinicopathological and immunohistochemical results are poorly reported.
Objective: To investigate the clinicopathological features and immunohistochemical alterations of keratinocyte proliferation, melanocyte density, smooth muscle hyperplasia and nerve fiber distribution in BN.
Methods: Clinical and pathological data were collected in 60 newly-diagnosed BN cases.
