This paper presents a sensitive and stable fluorescence rapid test sensing system for the quantitative analysis of influenza rapid test results, integrating a detection reader to minimize errors from conventional visual interpretation. The hardware includes a control board, touchscreen, camera module, UV LED illumination, and a dark chamber, while the software handles camera and light source control, as well as image processing. Validation shows strong linearity, high precision, and reproducibility.

Therefore, adjusted Cox regression analyses were utilized to assess the correlation between quartiles of DFI and mortality. Restricted cubic spline (RCS) regression was employed to investigate the nonlinear relationship between the total cereal fiber and mortality.

The postoperative blood redistribution is greatly relevant with the flow disturbances of the AVF, such as disturbed flow, low wall shear stress (WSS), and oscillating WSS. However, the relationship between blood redistribution and hemodynamic disturbances of AVF remains unexamined.

Background: Pressure injuries remain a global healthcare challenge. Efficient teaching strategies like immersive learning are crucial to translating theoretical knowledge into practical skills.
Introduction: Bacterial spot, caused by diverse xanthomonads classified into four lineages within three species, poses a significant threat to global pepper and tomato production. In Taiwan, tomato bacterial spot xanthomonads phylogenetically related to an atypical pv. () strain NI1 from Nigeria were found.

This separation may hinder nursing students' development of clinical reasoning skills, making it difficult for them to prioritize tasks and make decisions about interventions. Illness scripts have been shown to help medical students improve their clinical reasoning skills; however, they are rarely used in nurse education.

The PZ-PUKT was translated into Traditional Chinese (TC-PZ-PUKT), and its content validity was evaluated. A total of 296 nurses participated in this study and completed the 72-item TC-PZ-PUKT online.

A capacitive sensor design utilizes a coated CA layer for effective insulation in electrolytes, eliminating the need for additional signal protection. Optimization involved comparing spin and dip coating methods, with a one-layer 10-second dip coating identified as the best balance between quality and yield.

Background: Pancreatic cancer (PanCa), ranked as the 4th leading cause of cancer-related death worldwide, exhibits an dismal 5-year survival rate of less than 5 %. Chronic pancreatitis (CP) is a known major risk factor for PanCa. Brusatol (BRT) possesses a wide range of biological functions, including the inhibition of PanCa proliferation.

Methods: This is a prospective, randomized control, intervention study. A total of 1840 students from 39 classes in 4 primary schools in Foshan participated in this study.
Background: Previous studies show that using 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) or 24-h ECG monitor for the detection of cardiac arrhythmia events in patients with stroke or syncope is ineffective.
Hypothesis: The 14-day continuous ECG patch has higher detection rates of arrhythmias compared with conventional 24-h ECG monitoring in patients with ischemic stroke or syncope.
Methods: This cross-sectional study of patients with newly diagnosed ischemic stroke or syncope received a 24-h ECG monitoring and 14-day continuous cardiac monitoring patch and the arrhythmia events were measured.

Purpose: Bone health and body composition share several common mechanisms like oxidative stress and inflammation. Anthocyanins have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. We have reported that anthocyanins are associated with better body composition in children, but the associations with bone health have not been elucidated.

The aim of this study was to systematically evaluate the effects of paroxetine therapy on depressive symptom and motor function in the treatment of dPD, in order to confer a reference for clinical practice.
Methods: Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of paroxetine for dPD published up to October, 2022 were retrieved.
Objectives: International guidelines for managing pressure injury (PI) and ulcers recommend that family members and caregivers should be involved in making decisions for appropriate wound care. However, the effect of shared decision-making (SDM) in the context of PI remains unknown. This study investigated the efficacy of nurse-led medical SDM for PI treatment.

At present, timely and accurate diagnosis and effective treatment of Epstein- Barr Virus (EBV) infection-associated fever remain a difficult challenge. EBV encodes 44 mature microRNAs (miRNAs) that inhibit viral lysis, adjust inflammatory response, regulate cellular apoptosis, promote tumor genesis and metastasis, and regulate tumor cell metabolism. Herein, we have collected the specific expression data of EBV-miRNAs in EBV-related fevers, including infectious mononucleosis (IM), EBVassociated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (EBV-HLH), chronic active EBV infection (CAEBV), and EBV-related tumors, and proposed the potential value of EBVmiRNAs as biomarkers to assist in the identification, diagnosis, and prognosis of EBVrelated fever, as well as therapeutic targets for drug development.

Auditory verbal hallucinations (AVHs)-or hearing voices-occur in clinical and non-clinical populations, but their mechanisms remain unclear. Predictive processing models of psychosis have proposed that hallucinations arise from an over-weighting of prior expectations in perception. It is unknown, however, whether this reflects (i) a sensitivity to explicit modulation of prior knowledge or (ii) a pre-existing tendency to spontaneously use such knowledge in ambiguous contexts.
