Metamaterials functionalized with customizable multidirectional coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) are urgently needed for advanced shape control or dimensional stability under temperature variations. The currently reported metamaterials still lack the development of diverse base material systems and exploration of the multimaterial fabrication process.
