In this study, we determined whether gypenosides exert a therapeutic effect on colitis. We then explored the underlying mechanism of gypenosides in the treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC) via multiomics analyses. Dextran sulfate sodium (DSS) was used to establish a UC model in mice, and a subgroup of colitis model mice was subjected to gypenosides intervention.

Due to their outstanding biocompatibility, ease of modification, and adjustable band-gap position, CN-based materials can be applied as photosensitizers in photodynamic therapy (PDT) and light-driven water-splitting catalysts in gas therapy. After doping with other elements, the photocatalytic performance of CN-based materials will be enhanced, and more interesting functions will be obtained.
