Objective: This study aims to investigate nursing staff's current knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP) regarding nursing document quality control and to explore effective methods to enhance their awareness of nursing documents' importance through intensive training.

Methods: We developed the questionnaire based on a systematic literature review and two rounds of Delphi expert consultation. Then, we sent the questionnaire to the nurses before and after the intensive training.

Background: Prevention and treatment of stroke are extremely important to reduce the incidence of stroke-related disability and the associated death. This study aimed to investigate the current ability of community doctors in stroke management in the Jinjiang district of Chengdu, China, and the effect of intensive education on stroke prevention and management ability of these doctors.

Methods: A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the current status of stroke management by community doctors in the Jinjiang district.
