Objective: To explore the impacts of different types of physical exercise on health outcomes of individuals with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (HDPs).

Methods: Forty individuals with HDPs admitted to a tertiary hospital providing maternal and pediatric care between July 2023 and March 2024 were enrolled in this prospective randomized controlled clinical study and completed a ≥4-week intervention. Background: Spontaneous (non-traumatic) rupture of the spleen rarely occurs in the setting of a normal spleen, especially during pregnancy.

Objectives: We report a case of spontaneous rupture of a normal spleen at 33.7 weeks gestation and review the literature with the aim of exploring the etiology, diagnosis, and management of this condition during pregnancy.

Objective: To develop a rapid and reliable technique for the detection of Down's syndrome.

Methods: The peripheral blood samples were collected from twenty-five Down's syndrome patients and fifty normal individuals. Four polymorphic loci on chromosomes 21, 1, 19 were amplified by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR, and then four pairs of deltaCt values were analytically compared between the two groups.
