Adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADSCs) hold great promise for bone tissue repair and regeneration. Circular RNAs (circRNAs) play a crucial role in regulating the osteogenic differentiation and bone remodeling of ADSCs; however, the underlying molecular mechanisms remain unclear. In this study, we conducted whole transcriptome sequencing (WTS) on ADSCs and constructed a competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) regulatory network to identify the circTTC3/miR-205/mothers against decapentaplegic homolog 3 (Smad3) signaling axis.

Objective: This study aimed to assess the prevalence and distribution of respiratory pathogens in children under 18 years old with Acute Respiratory Infections (ARTIs) in Lanzhou, Northwest China, from July 2019 to January 2024.

Methods: The respiratory pathogens studied were FluA, FluB, PIV, RSV, ADV, MP, CP, CB, and LP, detected by indirect immunofluorescence assay (IIF). Data were obtained from the laboratory information system (LIS) of the Lanzhou University Second Hospital.

At the moment, unserviceable magnesium implants make a good case in point for further responsible study in this field. Whether we are willing to admit it or not, existing methods for corrosion monitoring are exposed to susceptibility and instability. Interdisciplinary theories and the existing corrosion experiments were combined based on their various merits for developing an accurate and precise corroding experiment for Mg/Mg alloys.

In the ongoing research on the application of biodegradable materials, surface treatment of is considered to be a relatively effective solution to the excessive degradation rates of Mg alloys. In this study, to further optimize the proven effective surface coatings of fluoride, a low-voltage preparation fluorination method was used to achieve coating effectiveness under safer conditions. Optical observation, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), and potential dynamic polarization (PDP) experiments were used for the analysis and evaluation.

Coating treatment plays an irreplaceable role in propelling the clinical application of magnesium alloys. This experiment was designed in order to observe the anticorrosion behavior of magnesium fluoride coating in rats. The MgF layer was prepared on the surface of AZ31 magnesium alloy in saturated NHHF solution by microarc fluorination (MAF) at 190 V.
