Background And Objective: Electronic medical records (EMRs) have significantly changed the dynamics of physician-patient interactions, leading to a shift in communication patterns. Although various studies have developed guidelines for these new dynamics, different EMRs result in different modes of interaction, which can contribute to missed information during clinical encounters. Therefore, this study aims to develop a method that can automate the identification process of missed information to increase patient safety and satisfaction.

Background: Restricted mean survival time (RMST) quantifies survival benefits in single-endpoint analysis, while restricted mean time lost (RMTL) measures event-related time loss in competing risks settings. Both provide clinically intuitive interpretations of treatment effects without relying on proportional hazards assumptions or parametric distributions. While existing RMST/RMTL methods focus primarily on two-group comparisons, multi-arm trials are common in practice.

Objective: To identify the difference in clinical characteristics between viral pneumonia and Mycoplasma pneumoniae , providing cues on their differential diagnosis for primary hospitals with the insufficient pathogen detection capacity.

Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of hospitalized children with acute respiratory tract infections, and pathogenic microbes test results were analyzed. Clinical characteristics, routine blood parameters and hospitalization duration and fee were compared between M.
