Acidochromic fluorescent membranes have garnered significant research interest owing to their potential in real-time environmental monitoring and smart sensing applications. However, the rational design of membranes to optimize their structure-property interplay for enhanced acidochromic performance remains further explored. Herein, we prepared various stimulus-responsive micro/nanofibrous membranes using electrospinning technology by incorporating a fluorescent small molecule (TPECNPy-2) with thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) to obtain specific properties.

To investigate the function and possible mechanism of miR-92a in malignant behaviors such as paclitaxel resistance in ovarian cancer (OC) cells. The miR-92a and PTEN expression were detected by real-time PCR (RT-PCR). The cell viability and apoptosis were detected by MTT, colony formation and flow cytometry assay, respectively.

A highly sensitive silica-alumina (Si-Al)-modified capacitive non-Faradaic glucose biosensor was introduced to monitor gestational diabetes. Glucose oxidase (GOx) was attached to the Si-Al electrode surface as the probe through amine-modification followed by glutaraldehyde premixed GOx as aldehyde-amine chemistry. This Si-Al (∼50 nm) modified electrode surface has increased the current flow upon binding of GOx with glucose.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of cell morphometric factor (FC) and the average density of light in squamous cell carcinomas at the floor of mouth by immunohistochemical method (SABC).
Methods: The slices made from the paraffin specimens of 28 patients with squamous cell carcinomas at the floor of mouth were stained by the immunohistochemical technique with monoclonal antibody CK10 and CK14. In these stained slices the FC parameters and the average density of light were measured by using an image analysis system.
